How to do a diet

Being overweight or what we usually call obesity, has a lot of potential to invite disease to come to the body. Actually, everyone is required to have a certain amount of fat to store energy and others, but if the amount is excessive, the accumulated fat can harm the body's metabolism.
Therefore, those of you who are obese should try to find ways to lose weight naturally by means of a natural and healthy diet. But before you know how to diet that is natural and healthy, it would be nice if you read first what health problems will be experienced by people who are overweight. Here is how to do a healthy diet in my opinion:
1. Determine the target
Set realistic targets before starting a natural diet and during the diet. Don't be obsessed with losing weight fast in one week. One kilogram a week is enough. Also set small targets such as not eating fried foods, not eating fast food, and others.

2. Be optimistic
In addition to setting targets, of course you have to control your mind to get in shape. Set a positive and optimistic mind that you will be thin. Do not imagine diet-breaking foods during the diet or the possibility that your natural diet will be disrupted or even dissolved in the middle of the road.

3. Sports
Can also do exercise for 30 minutes a day on a regular basis. Beginning with warming hands, feet and head. then it can be continued with jogging, sit ups, or push ups. These sports activities if done regularly can help you in the weight loss process.

4. Drink plenty of mineral water
Mineral water is important for the body. Mineral water helps the body's metabolism, improves kidney performance, removes toxins that enter the body, makes skin look soft and bright, and helps improve brain performance. In addition to these benefits, mineral water can lose weight. Before eating, drink one glass of mineral water, so that the portion of the meal will be reduced.

5. Eat fiber-rich foods
Foods high in fiber are peas, avocados, bananas, papayas, broccoli, cabbage, pears, corn and brown rice.
The benefits of fiber-rich foods include:
• Helps the detoxification process in the body
• Helps you lose weight
• Lowering high cholesterol
• Cleanses the digestive tract
• Protects the body from colon disease
• Avoid fatty deposits in blood vessels
• Control blood sugar
• Slows down glucose absorption

6. Avoid eating more than 6 hours
Breakfast certainly requires a larger portion of our energy intake for the whole day, as well as lunch. The lunch portion should be less than breakfast. So is dinner. Because the activity is over, you don't need to eat heavy meals anymore. Rice can be replaced with an apple. Or if you really want to eat dinner, don't fall asleep immediately after eating.

7. Avoid snacks with high sugar content
Avoid eating foods with a high sugar content. Read the nutrition table on each snack package that you will eat or drink. Eating foods that contain excess sugar has many risks such as diabetes, high cholesterol, addiction to sweet food, obesity, cavities and other diseases. Also avoid soft drinks because soft drinks contain very high sugar.

8. Drink lime water in the morning
Lime has many positive benefits for health. By drinking lime water with a glass of warm water during the period of your diet, can help you lose weight faster. Lime which is rich in vitamin C will work to absorb calcium in fat cells, so you lose weight. A natural and healthy diet is not too strict and torturous, but still it takes a high commitment so that weight can be lost regularly and have a long-term effect. May be useful.
